What our client wanted for this project was a dichotomy, an imposing and exclusive exterior and an inviting and open interior. What resulted was this beautiful build. Step into the extraordinary Davis Ct, brought to life from the minds of our architects into this striking two story modern home.

The front of the house exudes mystery, wooden slats atop the windows adding depth and creating a closed feel, setting it apart from other similar homes.

Your eyes may be drawn to the large pivot door, specially made for this project, a whopping 10 feet tall and made of full steel which opens to reveal an incredible open and welcoming sight, in sharp contrast to the front.  The large windows and sliding doors leading to the patio make the outside an extension of the inside. And every step of the process in creating the stunning dichotomy of this home, from initial inception to choosing the finishes and furnishing, were done by us, with the clients' vision our forefront priority. We delivered on creating a space utilizing clean geometry and true forms that is at once awe inspiring as it is inviting.

Not to mention the incredible staircase, which stands on your left when you first enter the building. It is a true eyecatcher, specially manufactured by Gutierrez Studios. It utilizes incredible iron cable railings, running all the way from the top of the second floor to the floor of the basement, creating central vertical anchors in the build. 

Our client has a deep appreciation for modern design and a clear vision for this project and we feel that that made all the difference in creating a home that is truly one of a kind.
